What is Pole Fitness?
Pole Fitness is a relatively new style of dance to dance schools, and its image has changed dramatically over recent years with the focus being on the fitness benefits you can achieve in a relatively short time frame, as well as the personal confidence you gain from being able to dance!!
Suitable for Ladies of all ages, our classes are structured so that you can join them at any time, start with the basic moves and as your strength and fitness levels improve, you continue to improve with your dancing!! Our PoleFit classes are great fun, so don't be shy, come and give it a go!!
I am not very fit, can I still join in?
Yes, of course!! The classes are designed so that you can learn at your own pace!! The teachers will help you to assess your level and start you off accordingly, gradually building in intensity!! Everyone is in the same boat when they start, you will find all the 180 teachers and dancers very understanding and friendly!!
What should I wear?
You need to wear shorts and t-shirt during the sessions!! The classes are held in a Private Room, and there is a room that you can change in should you wish to do so when you arrive!! Please do not moisturise your hands or body before attending class as this affects yours and others ability to grip the Pole!!
When are the Classes?
Our current classes are on:
Wednesday Evenings - 7.30pm to 8.30pm - £7.50/£5.50*
