Learning all the Ballroom & Latin Dances, including Waltz, Cha, Jive and Quickstep, to name just a few, our beginners classes will give you a knowledge of all the basic steps needed to whisk your partner around the dance floor with ease and flair - everything the Social Ballroom Dancer needs!!
The television programme Strictly Come Dancing, has brought the idea of dancing to a lot more people. With classes on most nights of the week, we can offer everyone the opportunity to learn the art of Ballroom Dancing.
Most of our adult classes include a period of Social Dancing (Assisted Practice) after the class where its lights down and music on, so you can practice what you have learned safe in the knowledge that if you get stuck, a teacher is on hand to help you get going again!!
We have a variety of classes for you to choose from, for all ages of Adults!!

Adult Classes
Both Couples and Singles of all ages are welcome on all our Adult classes!!
Don't worry about those two left feet or that you don't know anyone!! All the teachers and dancers at 180 are very friendly and will have you dancing the night away in no time at all!!
Beginners Classes
Suitable for complete beginner adults of any age, our brand new class is on:
Monday Evenings - 7.30pm to 9.00pm - commencing on 6th February 2012
You can join the class at any time within the first six weeks!!
If you would like to take part, please just turn up!!
If Monday evening is not suitable for you we do have classes on other days, however places on these classes are limited so please call 01942 882718 before turning up to check dates, times and availability!!
Social Dancer Classes
This is the next step on from complete beginners!! The very basics have been covered, and this class will continue with your development as a dancer to take you onto the next level!! If you have already completed approximately 6 - 12 months worth of structured Ballroom & Latin classes, this could be the class for you!!
Monday Evenings - 8.45pm to 10.45pm (Level 2)
Tuesday Evenings - 6.30pm to 7.30pm (Level 1)
Wednesday Evenings - 8.30pm to 11.00pm (Level 2)
As the above classes are ongoing and may be in the middle of a certain routine, please call 01942 882718 so that we can start you at the right time to ensure your transition onto the class is a smooth as possible!!
We will also need to assess your level to make sure you start on the class that best suits your needs!!
Intermediate Classes
If you have been dancing for a few years and are looking to continue with your learning, then our intermediate classes may suit you!! Taking choreography to the next level, our intermediate level classes teach routines designed around dancers that would like to start dancing more detailed routines and combinations of steps!!
Monday Evenings - 7.30pm to 9.00pm or 8.45pm to 10.45pm
Tuesday Evenings - 7.30pm to 9.00pm

Advanced Classes
Our Advanced class is for those who have been dancing for a significant number of years, and would like to continue to learn and dance advanced combinations of steps and routines!! This class looks at all aspects of dance, technique and style to allow you to continue to improve your dancing!!
Thursday Evenings - 8.30pm to 11.00pm
